Morningstar construction recently completed a retaining wall for me. They took down an older wall that was leaning and ready to collapse. They removed the remnants of the old wall, obtained the materials to rebuild and completed the project in a timely manner. They were careful with the driveway they were working on and built a new wall with adequate drainage that should last a long time. I was very happy with the end result and their work. I am glad I contacted a great company to do this project for me. They showed up on time, as promised, and worked hard to get it done.

Had Morning Star Construction demo & rebuilt concert block walls
in the stairwell to leading to the basement. Which were in bad shape. Now walls are better, stronger then when the house was built. MSC crew is hard working polite, show up on time and keep you informed. Left the job site cleaned up and orderly each day.

Also, had MSC remove and replace existing door & frame.

We had MorningStar Construction add an extension to our concrete driveway. We were extremely satisfied with the work done. MorningStar provided us a detailed estimate that included how the work would be done and the materials used. Afterwards, the site was cleaned up with the only indication that work had been done was the additional topsoil placed to level the ground with new pavement. We highly recommend MorningStar Construction for any concrete needs. You won't be disappointed.

They are artisans with concrete. They were kind to my children who were very curious. Their work was neat. They beautifully matched to slope of our driveway with our grass and navigated some tricky access areas.

I had selected Morningstar Construction to replace my concrete drive. Their commitment to my project was second to none. Although they were able to start, we had three days of rain. I expected to loose time as they certainly had lost those days on other jobs as well. Immediately after those days, they continued my project seeing it thru to completion. I don't know how they did it, Kerry must be a master at juggling his schedule. Now as to the work performed, I will say it exceeded my expectations. Between their helpful recommendations and their efforts, everything worked out great. Several of my neighbors have commented on how great my new drive looks. This firm gets my highest endorsement. Morning Star Construction delivers what they promise, you won't be disappointed! I highly recommend them for your concrete, masonry and excavation project! Kerry and his crew were fantastic. They were quick to visit our home to look at our project and provided a reasonable estimate. After going through several other contractors, it was nice to have someone take our project seriously. The work was done in the time frame we were told and they left the site tidy after every work day. They were very responsive to any questions we had and always called us if they ran into an issue or had a question of their own. They even did some extra work for us while they were on site that wasn't originally planned. We will use them again for any other work we may have in the future.

Kerry and his crew arrived on time and began the project to replace our cement driveway. They faced a few challenges along the way including inclement weather and a utility not being properly marked causing unexpected additional time for the job, The weather improved and the concrete was poured over a three day period. The driveway looks great and our neighbors have been commenting on how well the job was done. We can't say enough about Kerry and his crew. They were very easy to work with, explaining every step of the process and finished the driveway within the projected time frame.

Our new sidewalk looks awesome! Kerry and his team used a stencil to create the look and color we were hoping for. Great job!

Kerry and the Morning Star team completed their most recent concrete porch deck work recently. The job included installing temporary porch roof supports, jackhammering out a 6 x 25 raised deck, removing and replacing the galvanized decking and finally using a concrete pumper to replace the concrete. It was a dirty job for sure. We now have a commercial-grade front porch on our house and it looks fantastic. The job took 3 full working days and there was no collateral damage to existing brick work.

We've used Morning Star in the past for a driveway widening and parking zone (single to double) and after 7 years, we have zero cracks. You cannot go wrong with Morning Star...we would use them again in a heartbeat.

Kerry has been a life saver. I needed a project completed and without hesitation, he freed up a truck to ensure I was able to get the job done!
